We send them from abroad.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we try to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be rejected. After receiving your order, you can return it and get a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.)

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays and sales periods. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the day after the processing date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most things will arrive from 7-12 days.

However, due to high demand, delivery of the order may take 2-4 weeks.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund.

Will I be charged duty and taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are in euros after tax. However, you may be required to pay duties and taxes after receiving your order. It also depends on which country you order from, as we ship worldwide. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged when your order arrives at the final destination determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Please contact your local customs office for further details on fees.
